a session held in the wisdom of the Seven Ñustas, the powerful feminine energies of the earth, to restore balance to the energy body, settle the nervous system, and support emotional well-being.

sound and energy work move where words can't reach. the session may include drums, rattles, crystal pyramid, and singing bowls, alongside limpia (energetic cleansing) and plática (heart-to-heart healing talk), meeting you wherever the medicine calls you to go.
